About

A workspace for Exeter, in Exeter.

Plenty of people here do serious work for themselves. Until now, the nearest place built for that was a drive away. The Colab is the one on 122 S. E Street.

Why we're building it

Working from home is fine until it isn't: the calls that need a door, the client you'd rather not meet at a café, the day you need to be somewhere that isn't the house. The Colab is meant to be that somewhere — a building run well enough that you don't have to think about it, shared with other people doing the same thing.

We're keeping it simple on purpose: one good room and a patio, a conference room you can book, the basics handled, and a membership you can understand in a minute.

Owner's story to add A short paragraph in your own words on why you started The Colab and what you want it to be for the town. Two to four sentences is plenty.
