When does The Colab open?
We're in the pre-lease stage at 122 S. E Street. Join the waitlist and you'll hear from us first when an opening date is set.
Can I see the space before it opens?
Yes. Tours are by appointment — book one and we'll walk you through the room and answer your questions.
What does it cost?
Memberships are $59, $109, or $169 a month depending on how often you're here and what's included. The full comparison is on the Membership page. Conference-room and venue rental rates are being finalized.
What is founding member pricing?
The first 30 members lock in today's rates — $59, $109, or $169 a month — for 12 months from opening. After the founding spots are gone, new memberships are $69, $119, and $179. Joining the waitlist is how you get in line.
What are the hours?
Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM. Collaborate members also have weekend access during designated hours when the space isn't reserved for a private event.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Membership terms are being finalized and will be published here. To be confirmed
Can I bring a client or a guest?
Create includes two guest passes a month and Collaborate includes four. The conference room is intended for exactly this kind of visit.
Is parking available?
We're still working out parking arrangements. Ask when you tour and we'll tell you where things stand. To be confirmed
