The Colab is a shared workspace for people whose work is serious but whose office, until now, has been the kitchen table or a long drive. Work at the long table or a desk by the wall, take a call in the lounge, and use the whole room — and the patio — when you have something worth gathering for.

Membership
Every membership includes the lounge and open workspace, Wi-Fi, coffee, and the member events. The tiers add days, conference-private-space time, and guest passes.

Host it
Rent The Colab for a workshop, a dinner, a training, a launch, or a gathering that needs more than a table — or reserve The Patio on its own. The Colab has a full kitchen, so you can curate your own dining experience. Standard cleaning and an hour to set up before your start time are included. Members get 10–20% off depending on tier.
The upstairs: the long table, the lounge, the work ledge, and a full kitchen so you can curate your own dining experience. Best for workshops, dinners, trainings, and launches.
The outdoor space on its own: seating, shade, café lights, a small bar. Best for mixers, small celebrations, and evening gatherings. Evenings on The Patio finish by 10 PM, or at midnight when you book the later finish. Hired on its own, it does not include the restrooms or the kitchen upstairs, and guests come and go by its own gate at the back of the building — add it to a booking of The Colab if your guests will need them.
Who it's for
Consultants, agents, advisors, designers, bookkeepers — people whose work is real but whose office has been a laptop. A place to work, a tucked-away quiet space when you need one, and an address you can put on a card.
You have the job. What you don't have is the separation between work and the rest of the house. Come in when you need to, go home when you're done.

Memberships are $79, $119, or $179 a month depending on how often you’re here and what’s included. While founding places remain, new members lock in $69, $109 and $169 for their first 12 months instead of $79, $119 and $179. The full comparison is on the Membership page. A day pass is $29. Renting The Colab starts at $450 for a Monday–Thursday evening and $650 for a Friday, Saturday or Sunday evening, with every rate published on the Host it page. A quiet space is $15 an hour for members once any included hours are used up, $15 an hour for day-pass visitors, or $25 an hour without a membership or a day pass.
Yes. The two quiet spaces are tucked away from the main room, with space for four around a small table. Each one is set apart and open above, so it's right for a focused hour, a client call or a conversation you'd rather have out of the main room — quieter, but not soundproof: voices carry. Create members get two hours a month, Collaborate members five, and beyond that it's $15 an hour. The 16-seat table can be booked by any member free for up to two hours, once a week — the booking page shows what's free and holds it for you. Day-pass visitors can add a quiet space for $15 an hour or $50 for the day.
