Over the years, we've both grown because of the people we've invited into our circles: coaches, mentors, business owners, friends, collaborators, and people willing to share what they know.
Brittney has spent more than 20 years as an entrepreneur — constantly learning, building, coaching, and helping other business owners strategize through their own seasons of growth. Casey brings an incredible ability to listen, lead, and bring people together, along with an energy and a genuine passion for people that you'll feel the moment you meet her.
Together, we kept coming back to the same idea: what if we created a place in our own community where more of that could happen?
That idea became The Colab.
The community
You don't have to build alone here.
We didn't want another office rental. We wanted a place where someone could grab a coffee and get work done, meet the person who becomes their next collaborator, sit around a table for a mastermind, host a client, attend an entrepreneur dinner, share an idea, ask a question, or simply be around other people who are building something too.
Startups are welcome. Established businesses are welcome. Remote workers, creators, professionals, dreamers, leaders, and people figuring out what comes next are welcome.

Why Exeter
There was nowhere we wanted to build it more.
The Colab sits in an iconic downtown Exeter location, above Monet's — one of our favorite locally owned restaurants — and within walking distance of so much of what makes this town special. Even our landlord is a fellow entrepreneur, a friend, and someone deeply invested in this community.
From the workspace inside to the patio we can't wait to fill with conversations, gatherings, dinners, and connection, we want The Colab to feel woven into Exeter.
We love where we live. We believe in the people here. And we want to help create a community where business owners feel seen, valued, supported, encouraged, and excited about what they're building.
What we hope The Colab becomes
Maybe The Colab strengthens relationships that already exist. Maybe it encourages someone to build their business in Exeter instead of believing they need to go somewhere bigger. Maybe someone walks through the door and meets exactly the person they needed to meet.
Or maybe, together, we build a community we didn't even know we needed.
