We use what you enter here only to reply to you. It goes to hello@thecolabexeter.com and nowhere else. Nothing is charged until we've confirmed the date and price with you. Once we have, we email your Booking Confirmation with a secure link to pay in full; the total includes the $25 booking fee, and the cancellation and refund rules are in the rental agreement. We keep a card on file for damage rather than charging a deposit — see the terms and privacy policy.
