Owner and Staff Booking Addendum
Owner and staff bookings.
Applies only to a no-charge booking of The Colab or The Patio made by a linked Owner of The Colab, LLC, or by a staff member of The Colab on an Owner's behalf (an “Owner/Staff Booking”). It is accepted with, and forms part of, the Rental Agreement version accepted for that booking. For every other booking the Rental Agreement applies unchanged. Read the Rental Agreement.

B. Owner and Staff Bookings
B1. No charge. Nothing is payable for an Owner/Staff Booking: no rental price, booking fee or extension charge. There is nothing to refund or retain if it is cancelled or moved, and no rescheduling fee applies.
B2. No card on file. No payment card is taken or kept for an Owner/Staff Booking. The card-on-file authorisation in article 6, and the automatic payment it allows, do not apply to it.
B3. Damage and cleaning still apply. Everything else in article 6 applies. That covers responsibility for damage and for cleaning beyond ordinary cleaning, statements, the response date, disputes and the limits stated there. Any amount owed under article 6 is payable through the payment link we email, or settled directly with The Colab. It is never charged automatically.
B4. The rest of the Rental Agreement applies. The Rental Agreement applies in full to the Event, apart from B1 to B3. That includes the house rules, capacity, alcohol, required documents and their deadline, access, cleanup, the noise curfew and safety.
B5. Who is responsible. A staff member who makes an Owner/Staff Booking does so on the named Owner's behalf. The staff member and the named Owner are each responsible for the Event under the Rental Agreement and this addendum.
B6. Eligibility. An Owner/Staff Booking is available only while the person is a linked Owner, or a staff member with a live staff link booking for a linked Owner, at the moment the booking is made or moved. A booking already confirmed stays confirmed if that status later ends.
