Your directory entry

The screens show this: the one at the street door, so a visitor can see who is upstairs, and the ones in the main room (signed-in members can open the detailed directory on their phones too). We choose whether each screen shows the detailed directory or the one that is not detailed. The switch beside each detail decides whether it leaves this page at all — a detail switched off is on no screen, whatever the screen would otherwise show.

Your phone number and email address are each off unless you tick “Show it”. Ticked, they show wherever the Members directory – detailed is on a screen, which can include the screen at the street door; never on the directory that is not detailed. Either way we use them to reach you about your entry.

Which screens The screen at the street door The screens in the main room List me at all. Turn this off and your entry comes down everywhere. Nothing is deleted — turn it back on and it returns as it was.
