Members reserve the 16-seat table and the quiet spaces here. Renting The Colab or The Patio for an event doesn’t need a membership — that one starts with a request.pick a date and pay online, or send a request for anything custom.

Renting the space for an event
The Colab — every room upstairs, the long table and the kitchen — for a workshop, a launch, a class or a party. The Patio can be added, or hired on its own. No membership needed, and members get a discount.
- Tell us the date and roughly what you have in mind
- We confirm the time, the price and anything the date needs
- We email your Booking Confirmation with a link to pay in full; the total includes the booking fee
- Pick a date and your event hours on the calendar, up to 30 days ahead
- See the whole price, including the booking fee, before you pay
- Accept the Rental Agreement and pay in full; anything the calendar doesn't cover, send as a request

There is a payment we could not take on your membership. Update your card and booking comes straight back.
Your bookings are still listed under My bookings. To change one before the payment goes through, call or email us.
This month
Private-space time beyond what your membership includes is $15 an hour, added to your next membership invoice automatically. Nothing is charged when you book. Cancel a room at least two hours before its start to restore your time and remove any unbilled overage. Later cancellations and no-shows use the reserved time and retain any overage.

Checking the calendar…
The full room board is the same schedule the screen upstairs shows, with names; the member directory is who else works here. Your own entry, your slide on the screen and whether your name appears on the board are all on your details. All three are in the line at the top of this page too.
How member booking works
- The 16-seat table
- Free for members: up to two hours, once a week, booked on the booking page. Longer or exclusive use of the room is an event rental.
- Quiet spaces Coming soon
- Create includes two hours a month, Collaborate five. Beyond that it’s $15 an hour, up to four hours at a time.
- Hours
- Monday–Friday, 8 AM–6 PM. Weekend access for Collaborate members during designated hours when the space isn't reserved for a private event.
- Changing your mind
- Cancel a quiet space at least two hours before it starts and the hours go back to your allowance. Cancel later, or don’t turn up, and the hours are used — and anything beyond your included hours is still billed. The long table has no allowance, so cancelling it costs nothing.
- In the quiet spaces Coming soon
- Lidded drinks and sealed snacks only — no meals, hot or delivered food, or alcohol. Take your trash and leave the quiet space as you found it. Record only yourself and your guests, with everyone’s consent. No smoking, vaping, open flames or amplified sound. Quiet space not clean when you arrive? Use Report a problem on the booking below.
