Status
The Post Office requires us to review your signed Form 1583, both forms of identification and how it was signed before your mail service starts. As soon as we confirm your virtual office we email you your complete mailing address, and it appears here. Please do not give the address out until then.
The address to give people
Use it exactly as written. The mailbox number is not optional — post addressed to the building without it can be sent back, and that is a Post Office rule rather than ours.

How to sign your Form 1583
Use the form we emailed you, prefilled with our details and your mailbox number — then sign it with one of us, in person or on a live video call, with two forms of identification (one with a photo, one showing your home address), or have a US notary acknowledge your signature. Cannot find it? Email or call us and we will send it again.
Your booking discount
Your virtual office takes 10% off the room and venue rates — the space rate, not the booking fee.
How it comes off a quote
Give us the email address on your mailbox when you ask about a date and it comes off the quote; you do not have to mention it. If you are also a member, whichever discount is larger is the one you get — they do not stack.

Your virtual office is billed by us directly rather than online. Call (559) 594-8008 or email hello@thecolabexeter.com to change or end it.
$29 a month, renewing every month until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next payment — your service runs to the end of the month you have paid for, and we do not refund part of a month.
